These items are manufactured to the same high standards as are all of our other products. They are just things that we would like to sell to free up space and/or working capital. Descriptions and pictures of nearly all of these items can be found on our "Products & Prices" pages.

NOTE: In flooring jargon, "RW" means Random Widths, e.g. widths vary randomly within the range(s) listed. "RL" means a Random distribution of Lengths, usually ranging from 18" thru 12´.

Quantities are limited to what is listed below and all items are subject to prior sale.

These items move so quickly that samples are NOT available. Descriptions and pics in "Products."!

50% deposit required to initiate an order.

Order must be completely paid for within 30 days after manufacturing date (usually 3-4 weeks after initiation).

Orders must be released for shipment within 60 days of manufacturing date.

Orders NOT shipped beyond 60 days will incur a STORAGE FEE of $35.00 per WEEK.

If you are working with a flooring dealer/contractor please note that these prices are the actual cost with no further trade discount. Your dealer/contractor will most likely charge a fee over and above the cost of the flooring to handle the transaction and to provide a warranty on your installation.
